TaShae White the founder of Youngspiritfit a nonprofit teaching yoga to tweens and teens in her community. TaShae is certified with over 200 hours in yoga teaching children as well as trauma. She has been teaching yoga for teens for over 3 years helping her community through yoga for teen mental health and wellness. Her goal is to engage youth and teens with yoga, meditation, and breathwork for better results of self regulation. TaShae standa firm to helping youth and teens focuses on classes to help build foundation and posture. An inspired yogis who is teaching the teens to meditate and redirect their energy. Young Spirit Fit is to help tweens and teens build confidence in their voice and body. Also, to share the benefits of yoga and becoming part of a growing and supportive community that is inclusive and caring. By teaching creativity and humor, I want to connect with and inspire others to practice and develop healthy coping mechanisms to embrace the highs and lows of life.
Young Spirit Fit is an 501 (3) c nonprofit that raises awareness and funds teens and young woman. An yoganism to promote education, empowerment, health and wellness by using yoga as an platform. We attempt to find balance while creating a safe space. Yoga is for anyone that wants to take the life road journey to improving themselves. Our class has a goal to promote a healthy body, mind, and spirit. Each one of our spirit leaders has over 200 hours of teaching yoga and meditation. We teach tweens and teens how to develop healthy self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthy body image, positive thinking and compassion for self and others while also providing the skills and tools for lifelong wellbeing. We also offer yoga camps and events for understanding the foundation of yoga.
