We offer yoga classes for your tweens and teens that are in the unique stage of life. Whether it’s learning to adapt, adjust, or aspire we are here to help. Stress and anxiety in adolescents have reached alarming levels and a large body of evidence suggests that practicing yoga and mindfulness can provide tweens and teens the ability to cope with daily stressors. Our weekly class presents the foundation for yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, poses, and sequences. The classes are 45 minutes long. The best part for your yogi is no prior yoga experience necessary.
We all can use a moment to meditate. YoungSpiritFit teaches your tweens and teens how to breathe from counting, or sitting still meditation. You can also use this to help them discipline their emotion.

Our program also offer an alter and modified for our tweens and teens with physical limitations and challenge. All teens can benefit from yoga program especially one that is modified and adapt to meet their specific needs. We are team that is well-equipped to support your neurodivergent teens. Adaption and modification can include but are not limited to: adjusting volume, demonstrations, small size classes, increasing repetition and limiting props. Our program is designed to provide teens with the tools to thrive . We incorporated variety of educational tools including movements, mindfulness, social and emotional learning (SEL) and much more to develop your teen confidence and skills.
Youngspiritfit offers Shaeboo Painting an form of art therapy to capture the youth inspiration to their minds that will bring out majestically creativity in them. Our goal is to allow them to express their emotions through painting. Painting creates a method to stimulate the mind to enhance a healthier wellbeing. We encourage teens to see a different view through painting as a piece of expressing thoughts. Painting is a important piece of healing to improve self-management, alleviate symptoms of depression, improve communication skills and helps confronts past trauma.
We do events and summer camps from Teen Tribe to Kids Kamp. We are here for the imagination and fun games of yoga that can be share for kids of all ages mainly for 5-11. We create story time to engage with the yoga to make kamp fun. These activities will keep the kids having fun and enjoying mindfulness activities.
